The Automatic Tab Preparation Machine (TPM 150) is designed to prepare Tabs in reel form for use on Automatic Winding Machines for CVTs. The output Tab reel consists of copper strips stitched at precise intervals onto an aluminium carrier foil which can be conveniently loaded onto automatic winding machines. Features servo-controlled de-coiling, motorised Tab strip feed, and automatic piercing and flattening of Tabs onto the aluminium carrier foil.
